The salesman Andrew Clayton was polite and professional , he sold me the car that I wanted . Some sales staff want to sell the customer any car just to make a sale.

Rob Ankers talked me through the process and kept me updated and informed at all times about the progress of my car in Germany and its transit to the UK. He was helpful and informative at all times. The handover was comprehensive and reassuring.

Very pleased with the car and how it drives

Delay getting the car back at pickup time and hadn't been washed as requested. Service recovery was good but by this time the temp had dropped to freezing and the car wash was closed. Also, the car has developed a strange grinding noise since.

Show room/service center was easy to find and desk staff were very polite. However, i asked for my wiper jets to be checked and they said they did but pretty obvious they didn't.

Very poor communication throughout the day, tried and failed multiple times to be connected to the service team to speak to someone. Waited for a call back which never happened. Only told on collection what the issue was.
